1、YAG laser cutting machine principle：

YAG laser cutting machine adopts Xenon lamp as pump source, the lamp burn certain frequency and pulse width light wave, the light wave shine the ND: YAG crystal in focusing cavity, activate the YAG crystal generate laser light, the laser light becomes to 1064nm pulse light through resonator cavity, the laser light is extended, reflected, focused to the surface of work piece, melt and gasify the workpiece surface to cut, furthermore, the certain pressure gas blow away molten slag. It is a high technology incorporating laser technology, numerical control technology, precision machine technology. 

2、YAG laser cutting features：

1．The surface of cut is very smooth, no bur, the degree of roughness is below than Ra12.5.

2．Fast cutting speed, good cutting quality, non-contact cutting, the head effect of cutting edge is very small, avoid the down edge under punching shear, the cutting seam is not need to be reprocess.

3． No damage on the workpiece, the laser cutting head is non-contact with workpiece, without scoring on the workpiece.

4．No matter the rigidity of cutting material, laser machine can no shape transformation cutting, such as: steel plate, stainless steel plate, aluminium alloy plate, hard metal etc.

5．Thin cutting seam, the laser beam focus into very small spot, the focus spot is with high energy density, the material is heat up to gasify status, evaporate to hole. In pace with the relative move of workpiece and laser beam, continuous holes join into very thin cutting seam.
